Yes esophagitis,: And gastritis irritation, erosion, bleeding can be the result of binge! worse is mallory- weiss esophageal tears from retching. Be seen if not improving rapidly with antacids, soft diet.

Could be.: I see that you also take Ibuprofen which along with alcohol can cause gastric bleeding and erosion., and stomach pain. See your pcp for treatment but meanwhile don't the Ibuprofen and quit drinking. If you continue to have pain and bleeding , go to the emergency room now.
