Could B GERD: It is possible that this is from acid irritation of the esophagus. Acid brought up by the vomiting. However chest pain is always a potentially serious issue - mayby related to why you vomited in the first place. But at age 20 gb and heart disease are less likely. If it is getting worse, see a doctor.
