I started taking 20cc of fertigyn with b-complex for weight loss on feb. 6th and i have taken it for 3 days the 6th, 7th, and 8th. i took a hpt because i had a feeling and i got a pos+. can i be preg?

No way to know: Fertigyn is synthetic human chorionic gonadotropin, this hormone is the hormone that pregnancy tests are checking for. It's impossible to determine with a home pregnancy test whether the HCG is coming from a real pregnancy or from your diet shots. See your doctor for blood levels to be sure.

Positive HPT: A positive test for pregnancy with hpt is indicative of a pregnancy. Repeat test and then report to your doctor to be checked.
