Pregnant? Infection?: A cyst isn't the first thing that comes to mind. Make sure you aren't pregnant. (Yes, the chance of pregnancy on OCPs is 3-5% per year). Next, make sure you don't have an infection. A Doc can walk you through this. Best wishes!

Come & gone?.: The yellow discharge may be all the period that you get with your oral contraceptive pill as the endometrium may be minimal this month. As long as there is no chance of pregnancy with regular ingestion of the pill and no sexual encounters, this becomes a non problem as most ovarian cysts are suppressed by the pill
