Bad for you: Anything which made you feel strange is bad for you but the effect will not be long lasting. I presume you have taken each individually without problem before. If so you must avoid the combination. What is good for one person may be bad for another.

Not approved for : Panic. See a physician that can treat you with an approved treatment and see a psychotherapist for cognitive behavioral therapist to lessen techniques to control your illness on your own if possible. Best wishes.
