Is there any contraindication about using both l-arginine based creams/gels and viagra (sildenafil) (100mg) together?

Likely OK for you: L-arginine taken by mouth ; likely if cream is absorbed into skin will liberate some nitrous oxide which will increase blood flow to the penis. Ur already taking quite a high dose of viagra (sildenafil) for a young man. My suggestion would be to try l-arginine by itself first. L-argenine will produce nitrous oxide whereas viagra (sildenafil) will block breakdown of nitrous oxide. Also suggest check with your DVT dr.
