How do you take measurements of the testes sizes?

With orchidometer: 2 kinds of orchidometer, one is like beads of different sizes/volumes, the other has oval cut-outs of different sizes corresponding to different volumes. Vert accurate measurements can be made by scrotal ultrasound. A tape measure is the least accurate, but can be used.

Ultrasound or exam: Typically this is done by manual palpation and comparasion with an orchidometer or by ulttrasound measurement.
