See details: It is highly unlikely you are pregnant after a tubal ligation. Periods are not always regular. If you are concerned, speak with your gynecologist.

Do a pregnancy test: It's unlikely that you are pregnant after a tubal ligation but not impossible. Unfortunately, no birth control in 100%. With a tubal ligation, you could still be pregnant or even have an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus). If your period is late, check a home pregnancy test or see your doctor to be sure.
