That : That would be unusual as tubal ligation usually does not affect the cycle. If your period has become irregular, please see your doctor for an evaluation if it is any heavier, very irregular, or you have spotting. Please be sure your pap smear is up to date. In extremely rare circumstances, women with a tubal ligation can become pregnant, so if your period is late or if you had any pain you would have to be seen immediately.
