You can but check wi: Yes you can eat agave syrup if you really want to.It has low glycemic index.But ir also contains saponons which boosts the immune system and fructans which may decrease your appetite but do check with your obstetrician if you should eat it.

Gestational diabetes: I always worry when a pregnant female wants to eat sugar. Diabetes in pregnancy is a very serious problem. I would run this by your OB first who has your labs and knows your medical history.
