What are the differences between different brand of sunscreens with the same spf value?

Some things..: Sunscreens with similar spf may still have different efficacy. Be sure to use something broad spectrum (with activity against uva and uvb). Otherwise, sunscreens have different components which may make them smell or feel different upon application.
