Not how babies made: Yes. Sperm dies quickly in air on on skin. It is highly unlikely that sperm in this scenario got deep inside the vagina and very unlikely to have caused pregnancy. This is not how babies are made. Perhaps taking a few minutes to review on any number of websites how pregnancy happens is advisable for you.
