How can your tubes get blocked if u have been tested for std and it was negative what other reasons can they get blocked and what's next for me?

Still possible: Some infections are mild and do not give typical symptoms. Some bacterial infections come and go without leaving a trace such as a blood test result. At this point it does not matter since the problem is the the tube blockage. Ask what can be done for that.
