Difficult to choose: But if i take a look at the medicines and as long as the doses are right for the conditions, i would say it is the inderal (propranolol). Inderal (propranolol) slows down the heart. When someone arises the BP drops but the hearts speeds up and keeps the BP acceptable and the brain blood flow normal. Inderal (propranolol) lowers BP and for some, it may not allow the heart rate to speed up when needed and some of patients i've seen had that.
