Lot of trouble: For such a young person. Gj tube site should be cleaned with soap, and water and maybe peroxide if crusting occurs. An ointment to keep, skin healthy is reasonable, -desitin, etc. Stomal granulation can ooze some blood i prefer a small absorbent, not sealed dressing but no data!, .

Dressing: I'd use a small, simple dressing over the tube entrance through the skin, if just to protect your clothing from any discharge or blood. There's certainly no harm in keeping it covered. Good luck.
