I have a mole on my ear and i pick at it, when i do it usually bleeds but stops.it has a scab on it but its not sore or itchy.what should i do?

Have it examined: Have it examined by your local dermatologist. It may be a harmless (benign) lesion (ie, benign nevus, angioma, fibrous papule) or it could be a melanoma or non-melanoma skin cancer. Please try to stop picking it. Even if it is harmless it may be removed to prevent you from further irritating/infecting it.
