Why I am shaking cold even though very warm in the house and bundled up? I keep getting these severe chills, hands are freezing. Legs keep shaking and clenching. Chills and shaking so bad I feel like I may fall down or faint.
This usually happens to me at night. It doesnt happen every night, but my legs start to jerk and tremble. I also feel my chest trembling too. When I get into a warm shower and relax it goes away. Is it anxiety or something else?
