Should be OK: Erythema nodosum is not going to have a direct effect on the baby but may certainly be uncomfortable for you. Medications that might normally be used tend to be either hazardous or at best untested for pregnancy, so your treatment options are pretty limited. It will generally resolve in a few weeks.
