See a doctor: There is something wrong, could be an infection, could be an allergic reaction..If you can't be seen immediately, go to an urgent care center or emergency room. Make sure to take of any and all jewerly from your hand. If you have benedryl, you may want to take one in case its an allergy but get to a doctor....
