Consider: Sleeping with a pillow in between your knees if you sleep on your side. And if you sleep on you back, below your knees. Sometimes it is our position. Please make sure you walk with shoes with good arch support, or your knees will eventually be closer together when you walk and hurt on the inside from too much pressure.
