Not sure: Rashes are impossible to diagnose over the computer, but a guess would be urticaria or "hive like eruptions." these can be caused by many things including allergies to almost anything vs. Even things like stress. When you get them, see a dermatologist to get diagnosed and then the treatment would follow. Best wishes.
