Why aren't you supposed to touch sleepwalker? will something bad happen?

A few reasons: Sleep walkers arre generally in a deep sleep and unconscious. They aren't acting themselves and if startled, the concern is violence. Even asleep they are suggestable, like people under hypnosis, so typically, you just want to direct them to safety.
