Rheuma: Term usually misused and not specific. Chances are pain is mechanical in origin (gait issues) inflammatory arthritis would cause some warmth with swelling. Good luck!

Unlikely: Much more likely to simply be inflammation due to wear and tear (degenerative/inflammatory)
