RA pr PsA: Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis are the two most likely conditions. Most rheumatologists rely on the CRP as a gauge for inflammation. Your sed rate is very high, although other conditions exist, the two diagnosis or the lost likely. See you pcp and get a referral to a rheumatologist. Pain relievers are not adequate therapy for these conditions.
