See your point.: Here's the thing. Chlamydia is often a "silent" std. This means that he could have had chlamydia long before he met you but not have known because he had no symptoms. Now that you have been with him ; he has chlamydia - you should get treated too.

You can not: Pass on chlamydia from oral sex. He did not get it that way. He had to have gotten it from someone else through intercourse because you can only get it from intercourse. As for you, if you have never had intercourse with anyone else, you could not have gotten it from him but you can catch it from him without having any signs. Get tested if you had real sex.
