Fertility Testing: Unfortunately you may not like the answer. If a couple has been trying to conceive without success for over six months then both members of the couple need the full examination and testing done at a fertility clinic. The problem has to be discovered. But, in general your age should not in any way preclude you from impregnating her egg. Your sperm should be just fine.

?: I am not an OB specialist but your question is not answerable. If you have tried hard and nothing happens, you need to consult your doctors to find out what the problem may be. Your wife is certainly at an optimal age to get pregnant and male fertility stays way past your age (however there may be a higher risk of having an autistic child as one gets much older).
