Pain in the #;%: The only definitive cure for hemorrhoids is surgery to remove this enlarged vein in the anus but surgery is not always necessary. Hemorrhoids can be managed by improving your diet, ensuring that your stool is soft so that you don' t strain when having a bowel movement. There are also topical medications that can help relieve symptoms. If these measures fail, go see a surgeon.

Rubber band, surgery: Most people can control the symptoms of hemorroids by avoiding constipation, and using over the counter or prescription ointments. But for cure you need to consult a surgeon and you can either get rubber band ligation which cuts of blood supply or scar the tissue around it. Or surgery to remove the hemorroids.
