Normal mixed diet: Masturbating is not likely to be the cause of your problems. You may have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, low fat dairy products, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats and overeating. Do not use tobacco or alcohol. Exercise for 30 minutes/day on at least 5 days/week.

Nutrition: Having been to india my concern is that your nutrition is not ideal. Masturbation is not likely in any way to be the cause of your symptoms. I would hope you were getting at least 100 grams of protein per day added to a good mix of fruits and vegetables.
