There are many cause: You are twenty years old and having shortness of breath.We can not tell you on this site what is causing your symptoms
you need to be checked with detailed history and physical examination and some other tests including blood;urine, and if indicated xray chest, ekg and pulmonary function tests

Shortness of breath: It hasn't made me short of breath yet. If you're referring to sinus infection or uri, they can but usually at most very mild. Your question isn't clear as to what 'this' is. As bill clinton said, it all depends on what this is.
