There is no evidence: There is no evidence that e cigggs cause lipid pneumonia these ciggs do not cause pneumonia but may cause lung inflammation as they contain propylene glycol and glycerol, nicotine and other additives like nitrosaminnes which are toxic.And inflammation may lead to secondary infection, but nit lipid pnumonia.

Vaping: As of 11 SEP 2019 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 6 deaths & > 450 possible cases of severe lung injury in 33 states & 1 jurisdiction related to vaping. The mechanism of injury is poorly understood at this time. Don't recommend vaping.
