Have a strange sensation in right breast that comes and goes . could it be from weaning ? why only on 1 breast if from weaning .normal recent u/s

Asymmetry is common: After having weaned from breastfeeding, the milk making machinery needs to shut down, and it doesn't always go smoothly. Some sharp pains, swelling, and aching can be normal for weeks to months. It's normal for one breast to have more pain than the other. If it persists for more than 2-3 months, i'd see a breast doctor. A normal ultrasound is very reassuring that you don't have a cyst/mass.
