A member asked:

I get bad lower abdominal pain, yellow stool, nausea for about a month now and always hungry but i changed my calorie intake could that be the cause?

Maybe, but...: Its always best to get medically evaluated when faced with worsening symptoms, as you describe. The differential diagnosis may include colon and small bowel, but possibilities that are non-gi related can include: abdominal musculature, female structures, bladder, kidney/ureters. Be prepared to address for your doctor: timing, duration, quality, associations of your discomfort.
