It is possible: Certainly this is not the out come one is looking for but unfortunately any and all surgical interventions carry some sig risk of things not going the way we want them to go it would be most appropriate for you to discuss this with your surgeon in detail and to sensibly continue on with your rehab.

Unusual: No u shouldn't be in pain 24/7 3 months post-op slap repair.Did u have any other associated procedures ( rot cuff, decompression etc). Even so this is unusual; i would reccommend seeing your treating ors and examined.Is your pain worse w/ pt? Possibly may need good quality MRI or saline- enhanced MRI to assess healing. Gl!
