Hi, i am on seasonale i took morning after pill today (hrs after) should i also take my regular birth control today or skip it and let my period start?

Yes: It sounds like you wanted some extra protection, is that why you took the morning after pill? Or did you miss a few of your seasonale pills. Seasonale should prevent 94-96% of all pregnancies. You might get some spotting after taking the morning after pill, but if it were me, i would just keep taking the seasonale at your normal schedule, as this would also help to prevent spotting.
