Normal to change: Plan B contains a big dose of progesterone, so it would not be unusual that after taking Plan B that spotting would occur and may interfere with the next cycle or two. If you keep taking your regular BCP's regularly, things should stabilize in a month or two. If you are consistent with your BCP, you should not have to take Plan B in addition, unless you were on antibiotics,
