More like gas: .I don't have any personal knowledge however from what the women tell me they report more of a tingling or rolling at four months. At the four-month. The fetuses just coming out of the pelvis and uterus are starting to enlarge significantly. I don't think you're going to have too much something until the infant grows some. By the time you're ready to deliver the child is kicking field goals.
