Unlikely: The contraceptive implants would not affect prolactin levels - but some women do develop problems with prolactin levels, again not because of any type of contraceptive. The implant does affect Progesterone levels because it is a progestin only type of birth control.

No: But i'm not sure what evidence you have that your prolactin is elevated. Breast enlargement and/or tenderness can be a side effect of hormonal contraception (such as implanon/nexplanon). Prolactin elevations usually cause milk production.
