Can you be pregnant if your human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) levels are 0?

No: By definition, a elevated blood HCG level is pregnancy in some form.

You would not be!: Hcg is produced immediately after implantation of the embryo and is the basis for all pregnancy tests. A level of zero-you can't be pregnant, assuming the test performed properly.
