Increase or more....: ...Reps. Increasing the weight will b the best 4 gaining strength. Ideally you should lift a series of 3 sets of 15-20, ; not b able 2 complete the 3rd set. As soon as u r able 2 do so 4 a couple of workouts, then increase so again u r unable 2 finish the 3rd set. Keep @ it, but b sure u hydrate ; eat healthy ; protein supplement shortly after the workout.
