Lifestyle: There's no magic. Most people are born with an intact immune system; a few folks have genetic variables that make one or another branch weaker. A consistent finding in studies of healthy folks is that fitness activities, especially aerobic exercise, do enhance at least humoral immune responses to challenges. Stay fit, eat sensibly, and recognize health doesn't come from a pill bottle.
