If a relationship: Consistently drains you or leaves you feeling stressed then it is likely not a healthy one for you. If a relationship is not working out - ending it is one option.

Relationship & mood: They may be 2 different issues. Is your partner concerned about your mood and wanting to help? They don't have to be your therapist, but in a good relationship both care about the other's emotions. Recommend seeing an experienced Psychologist to help determine what can help you best. Meds may help you on depression but you don't necessarily need them if the relationship is what needs help.
