STD in teens: In almost all states in the US (including Washington, your state) laws permit doctors and clinics to evaluate and treat young people (over age 12-14) for STDs, including herpes, without their parents' knowledge or consent. Clinics are available that will cost little or nothing, even if you have no insurance. Contact your local health department or Planned Parenthood.
