Depends: Std and/or pregnancy related care laws vary state to state, so cannot say definitively. Also depends on how young a minor. Best to call county health department and ask about rules, then location(s) and hours if allowed. If not, sorry, but should be seen by doctor. If </= 14, should be seen by dr due to abuse concerns.
