Take pregnancy test : Late periods can always indicate possible pregnancy. Bleeding during sex can indicate infection so you should have cultures for infection from gynecologist Also you will need a pap if not done recently. Bleeding on birth control pills during first few months using as your body gets used to hormones is common. Also given your age your lack of period may indicate you are staring menopause change
