Maybe see a dr: There are a lot of causes of night sweats and sleep disturbances - everything from medication to hormal changes to infection to sleep apnea to endocrine abnormalities if it has been going on a few weeks, i'd see a professional.

Night sweats: Night sweats can be part of nightmares, even if you don't remember dream content. But if you haven't already had a physical exam it would be a good idea to see your Physician. If labs and exam don't show anything and the problem continues your doctor will probably want to have you do a sleep study. If caused by nightmares, I teach my No More Nightmares class over VTC to resolve nightmares.
