Go into a tiny space: If you feel very, very uncomfortable and can barely stand to stay more than a very short time. If you feel intensely miserable, even physically - then you've got it! some discover it in panic having an mri. It's not uncommon, it can vary in severity and it's not hard to avoid frequent exposure - so some never deal with it. If it's a problem for you, seek cbt therapy. It works!
