Avoidance: Avoidance of cats is most important. If it too difficult to avoid cars, try reducing cat dander in home...get cat out of bedroom, purchase HEPA filter, wash cat twice a week. Try medicines like oral antihistamine and steroid nasal spray. See an allergist, allergy shots to cat a possibility.
