See your dentist: A dental evaluation is needed to diagnose why you are having pain from the crowding. The crowding could be preventing you from adequately cleaning and thus leading to gum problems or decay and pain, or the crowding could be contributing to a bite problem which could also contribute to pain in the jaws. Your dentist may refer you to an orthodontist for evaluation as well.

Straightening: Get them straightened. Put them where they belong so that they function better, wear less, and are easier to maintain. Ask your Dentist to refer you to an Orthodontic Specialist. Sorry, there's no quick easy solution, no pill, no salve, no liniment, that will fix this for you.

No pain: No pain from crowding. If you have crowding, something else is causing the pain. Could be impacted food between teeth, periodontal problem. Cavity. See dentist for solution.

Flossing!! Braces.: The pain you are feeling is not from the crowding. It actually from the gums around the crooked teeth. Keeping the gums healthy through proper brushing and flossing should help minimize the pain. A more long term solution is to get your teeth straighten with braces so that they will be easier to keep clean and improve the health of your gums.
