Depends on so: Many things, but two common easy to fix things are dehydration and magnesium deficiency. Try taking an over the counter magnesium (if you are healthy and no other medical issues) and hydrate well with water and electrolytes to see if this helps decrease your spasms. If not, may need to see your physician to rule out minor metabolic issues or medications that could be making these worse.
