Can you help me, i noticed around winter my upper right back is sore and hurts, but during the summer i don't have the pain what could it be?

Muscular?: Does it feel muscular? This could be due to tightening of muscles when weather turns cooler. Any stomach pain? Sometimes the gallbladder will radiate with pain to right upper back, scapula area. Not likely though to be seasonal!
